Terms and Conditions

The competition will be administered and managed by Vayu Limited whose registered office is at 3rd Floor Macken House, 39 – 40a Mayor Street, Dublin 1, Ireland (the Promoter).

The competition will open on Monday 12th September and close on Wednesday 14th September at 12pm.   After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Persons who take part in the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

This competition is open to customers of the Promoter as of 12th September in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 and over.  Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

The competition is free to enter and individuals may enter the competition as many times as they wish, but a maximum one prize per person applies.   The Promoter will pick the winner on Wednesday 14th September 2016 at random.

In total one winner will be selected.  The winner will receive two tickets to the All-Ireland Final on the 18th September 2016 in Croke Park, tickets for two  places in the Hogan stand.   No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

The Promoter will notify the winner as soon as possible after the draw takes place. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
